Senior MEP Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the MEP team ...
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and main contractors.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and manpower schedules.
• Supervise MEP supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor progress and performance.
• Oversee procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines.
• Provide regular updates on project status, progress, risks, and issues.
• Supervise testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure all MEP systems are fully operational before handover.
• Prepare final documentation and reports for client approval.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in MEP project management
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, installation, and commissioning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and other construction software
• Familiar with local building codes and regulations
• Airport experience is added advantage

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
