Mechanical Engineer

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer in our Systems Integration group located in Kaysville, Utah.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use CATIA V5 to perform 2D and 3D design work to update or document existing products on composite structures and parts.
• Assist in the planning and coordinating of engineering solutions including, documentation, reporting, publishing, and making technical and other presentations to ensure viability of the solution(s) in an evolving environment.
• Work within an Integrated Product Team (IPT) environment, interfacing with IPT leadership, suppliers, and other technical disciplines to independently prepare/status and/or lead the preparation of engineering design solutions to challenging problems.
• Support on-site (international) product manufacturing and integration sites.
• Plan for future applications of solutions based on new developments in engineering technology.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.
• Intermittent but extended international travel is expected
