Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled MEP Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC and Plumbing systems for building construction projects such as residential, commercial, and high-rise developments. The candidate will oversee installation, coordination, and commissioning of mechanical systems to ensure project standards and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Systems

• Supervise installation of HVAC systems including Chillers, AHU, FAHU, FCU, ducting, chilled water piping, and ventilation systems.
• Review HVAC shop drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure proper system installation.
• Monitor duct installation, insulation, airflow balancing, and equipment alignment.
• Conduct testing and commissioning to confirm system performance as per design requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ASHRAE standards and project specifications.

Plumbing & Drainage

• Oversee installation of water supply, drainage, stormwater, and sewage systems.
• Review plumbing layouts, pipe routing, and isometric drawings.
• Supervise installation of piping systems such as HDPE, PPR, GI, and UPVC.
• Perform pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of plumbing systems.

Design & Coordination

• Prepare and review MEP shop drawings using AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to prevent service clashes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority regulations.

Planning & Documentation

• Monitor project progress and develop schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare method statements, inspection requests (IR), and technical submittals.
• Maintain proper documentation and project reports.
