Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and review mechanical systems related to water supply, drainage, and piping networks.

Ensure compliance with TAKA approval standards and local authority regulations.

Prepare and submit drawings, calculations, and documentation for approvals.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities for project execution.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of water-related mechanical systems.

Conduct inspections and ensure quality control on-site.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water systems.

Ensure all work complies with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in water systems (design and/or site execution).

TAKA approval competency (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of local codes, standards, and authority regulations.

Experience in water supply systems, pumping stations, piping, and drainage systems.

Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).

Strong communication and coordination skills.
