Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in the facility management sector. The ideal candidate must have the below experiences:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP Services.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal system performance Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications and documentations.
• Lead and supervise technicians, foremen, and subcontractors on site . Allocate resources efficiently and ensure workforce productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
• Support sales and business development activities. Identify new maintenance contracts, fit-out opportunities, and project leads.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for mechanical and MEP works.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients, management, and project stakeholders.
• Develop, review, and approve mechanical engineering designs, drawings, and specifications..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s is an advantage).
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in the Facility.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP Services.
• with UPDA Grade A, B or C.
• QCDD Certificate
• with valid Qatar ID
