Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FM Engineer – Electromechanical to manage and oversee electromechanical operations within facilities such as schools or similar environments. The ideal candidate will ensure effective maintenance, compliance with Qatar regulations, and high standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise electromechanical systems including electrical, mechanical, ELV, BMS, and control systems.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities.
• Ensure full compliance with Qatar building maintenance standards and international best practices.
• Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Prepare reports, maintenance plans, and operational documentation.
• Support smooth facility operations with minimal downtime.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5+ years total experience, including at least 3 years in GCC managing similar operations.
• Strong working knowledge of electromechanical systems applicable to facilities or schools.
• Grade B classification approved by KAHRAMAA or relevant authorities (preferred).
• QCDD Certified Engineer (preferred).
• Good knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems.
• Proficient in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
