We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer with over 5 years of consultancy experience in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, site coordination, and technical documentation, with proven expertise in Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and review mechanical drawings and HVAC/plumbing/firefighting calculations
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DCD, etc.)
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
• Prepare BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation
• Support project managers with technical input and reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of consultancy experience in Dubai
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Familiarity with submission procedures and standards of local authorities
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• BIM knowledge is an advantage
