Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Data Center Facility Mechanical Engineer to support the operation and maintenance of critical mechanical infrastructure within a high-availability facility environment. The role will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable facility performance and continuous uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in implementing long-term mechanical infrastructure plans
• Participate in learning initiatives to align with organizational goals
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining mechanical systems for continuous uptime
• Perform routine inspections and report anomalies to senior staff
• Provide input on cost-effective solutions during procurement and maintenance activities
• Track usage of spare parts and materials under supervision
• Collaborate with electrical, IT, and operations teams to support facility performance
• Coordinate with contractors under the guidance of senior engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 0–2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and facility operations
• Familiarity with mechanical codes, standards, and compliance requirements
• Fluent in English
• Ability to support the monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems
• Ability to identify and report operational anomalies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and operations teams
