Mechanical engineer is responsible for installation, operation, evaluation, maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting all manufacturing equipment/fixtures/devices.

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of production floor equipment and fixtures.

Optimize equipment and fixture performance to minimize downtime and reduce failure rates.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures and schedules; ensure proper documentation.

Coordinate with the facilities team to install and set up production testing stations.

Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot liquid cooling systems used in production; provide hands-on training to operators.

Collaborate with vendors to install liquid cooling equipment, configure operating parameters, and ensure proper functionality.

Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment, train production staff on proper usage and safety protocols.

Design and implement tools and fixtures to improve production efficiency and product quality.

Liaise with equipment and fixture vendors—both locally and internationally (including Taiwan)—for service, modifications, and improvements.

Ensure on-time delivery of fixtures and proactively resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Provide technical support across teams as needed, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Proficiency in Fusion 360 and experience with 3D printing technologies

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering, with a focus on equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
