Mechanical Engineer ( Fresh Graduate )

Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supervising the manufacturing and installation of mechanical systems and equipment. The role involves problem-solving, improving reliability, ensuring safety, and supporting continuous improvement across engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems.
• Prepare engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
• Perform calculations related to stress, load, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and material selection.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to evaluate mechanical parts and materials.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, thermodynamics, and material science.
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).
• Experience with manufacturing processes and mechanical equipment.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and project-management abilities.
• Knowledge of duct systems.
