Salary: 5,500 – 6,000 SAR (Total Monthly Package)

Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated and technically sound Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our engineering team in Riyadh. This is an entry-level position focused on the design, installation, and maintenance of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems. You will work under the guidance of senior engineers to ensure refrigeration plants, cold storages, and cooling systems operate at peak efficiency while adhering to Saudi Building Codes (SBC).

Key Responsibilities

• System Design & Drafting: Assist in preparing technical drawings and schematics for refrigeration systems using AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Installation Support: Oversee site-level installation of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and piping systems to ensure they match engineering specifications.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose basic mechanical and thermal issues in refrigeration cycles and support the maintenance team in corrective repairs.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain project logs, equipment checklists, and daily progress reports for site activities.
• Testing & Commissioning: Participate in the initial startup and testing of new refrigeration units to ensure they meet cooling load requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure all on-site work follows Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols and Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) standards.Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh graduates with a strong academic focus on Thermodynamics or HVAC are encouraged to apply).
• Technical Knowledge:
• Solid understanding of the Vapor Compression Cycle.
• Familiarity with various refrigerants (R-134a, R-404A, Ammonia, etc.) and their properties.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Legal: Must be eligible for Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration (Mandatory for all engineers in KSA).
• Language: Fluency in English (Written and Verbal). Basic Arabic is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work in a multicultural site environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,500.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
