Note:
Selected candidates will join as Interns for 1 year. Based on performance, a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) will be provided.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment such as pumps, reactors, compressors, agitators, heat exchangers, valves, pipelines, etc.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting to reduce equipment downtime and improve plant reliability.
• Monitor performance of rotating and static equipment and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules.
• Assist in installation, alignment, commissioning, and trial runs of new mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate with production, process, and EHS teams to resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance, shutdowns, and turnaround activities.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, logbooks, checklists, and SOP documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, EHS guidelines, and statutory requirements.
• Support plant shutdowns, startups, and annual overhauls.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, energy efficiency, and equipment reliability improvement.
• Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for spare parts planning and availability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and preventive maintenance planning.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
