Mechanical Engineer – HVAC

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) for an Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The candidate must be locally available, possess a valid QID with NOC, and be ready for immediate joining on a contract basis. The role involves engineering, coordination, and supervision of HVAC systems in compliance with Oil & Gas standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design review, installation supervision, and inspection of HVAC systems for Oil & Gas facilities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and client requirements
• Supervise installation of:
• Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
• Ducting, insulation, dampers, and accessories
• Review and approve HVAC shop drawings, method statements, and ITPs
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
• Monitor testing, balancing, and commissioning of HVAC systems
• Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and as-built documentation
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QA/QC requirements at site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC systems within Oil & Gas / EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design, installation, testing, and commissioning
• Locally available in Qatar
• Valid QID with NOC
• Immediate requirement
• Contract basis (6 months to 1 Year)
