Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. This entry-level position is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build their careers in turbomachinery services, reverse engineering, and rotating equipment maintenance. The role offers structured training, hands-on project involvement, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the reverse engineering of turbomachinery components such as impellers, casings, blades, shafts, seals, and diffusers.

· Assist in inspection, failure analysis, and repair planning of rotating equipment.

· Develop and update CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.

· Collaborate with senior engineers on troubleshooting and performance analysis.

· Participate in condition monitoring and testing activities.

· Prepare and deliver technical reports, service notes, and presentations.

· Ensure effective cross-functional communication with service, design, and operations teams.

· Follow industry standards (API, ISO, ASME) and internal quality procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience).

Technical Competencies:

· Understanding of rotating equipment and turbomachinery principles.

· Familiarity with CAD/3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).

· Knowledge of materials, manufacturing, and mechanical design.

· Exposure to reverse engineering tools (3D scanning, CMM) is an advantage.

· Analytical ability for root cause and failure analysis.
