Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance (3–4 Years Experience)

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a factory or industrial environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical systems and equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery such as compressors, pumps, boilers, chillers, conveyors, gearboxes, and production machines.
• Identify equipment faults, analyze root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Ensure minimal downtime by quick response to breakdowns.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities without affecting output.
• Supervise technicians and contractors during maintenance and installation work.
• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration, and condition monitoring of machines.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance within a factory or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, and rotating equipment.
• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing industries such as FMCG, textile, cement, food processing, or chemicals.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
