Mechanical Engineer (MEP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HVAC design, installation, and commissioning in high rise building
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients on project execution
• Prepare and review HVAC drawings, load calculations, material submittals and BOQs
• Supervise site activities and resolve technical issues promptly
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC, specifically in High Rise Building
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (DCS, Chiller, DX, VRF, ducted splits, etc.)
• Strong knowledge in Plumbing System.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Additional Preferences:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software
• Experience in fire fighting systems (advantageous)
• Ability to join immediately or within short notice
• Knowledge in Procurement & finalize the vendor
