Mechanical Engineer – Oil & Gas

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas, EPIC, and piping projects within Qatar. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working under Qatar Energy (QE) projects and possess strong technical, execution, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute mechanical engineering tasks for Oil & Gas and EPIC projects in compliance with QE standards.
• Prepare and review design drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project progress.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor installation activities, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and piping systems and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in preparing progress reports, project documentation, and client updates.
• Ensure all engineering activities align with Qatar Energy guidelines and project quality procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Oil & Gas, EPIC, and piping projects in Qatar
• Work experience under Qatar Energy (QE) projects is mandatory
• Must hold a valid Qatar Driving License (QDL)
• Strong engineering and technical background
• Proven ability in project execution, site coordination, and providing technical support
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
