Execute and supervise mechanical activities related to Oil & Gas projects, including piping, static equipment, rotating equipment, and structural supports.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements, and technical documents.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with project schedules and quality requirements.
Prepare material take-offs (MTO), technical queries, and site reports.
Ensure all activities are carried out according to project specifications, international standards, and company procedures.
Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams to maintain quality standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote safe work practices on site.
Manage subcontractors, manpower allocation, and daily site activities.
Participate in meetings with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Good knowledge of piping systems, mechanical equipment installation, maintenance, and commissioning.
Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ASTM.
Strong knowledge of project execution, planning, and site coordination.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Proficiency in engineering software and reporting tools.
