Hiring: Mechanical Engineer (Operations) Bahrain

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Engineer (Operations) to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in construction and industrial projects, along with hands-on knowledge in machine shop operations (turning and shaping) and a strong understanding of maintenance, repair, and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing mechanical operations, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment, and supporting site activities to maintain smooth and efficient project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• CRPEP License – Mandatory
• 4–5 years of Gulf experience in construction and industrial sectors
• Experience in hydraulic systems and related mechanical components
• Hands-on experience with machine shop operations such as turning and shaping
• Strong knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting of construction and industrial machinery
• Experience handling heavy equipment and machinery, including dewatering pumps, trailers, excavators, hydraulic machines, and other mechanical equipment
• Experience in site supervision, inspection, and coordination with technical teams
• Ability to analyze mechanical problems and implement effective solutions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Locally available in Bahrain

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical works and operations at project sites
• Manage installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery
• Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults in heavy machinery and hydraulic systems
• Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, and project management teams for smooth execution of mechanical activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and operational procedures
• Prepare and maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and technical documentation
