Axial Contracting LLC is a leading Dubai-based MEP & Fit-Out contracting company delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Projects Manager to lead our projects and ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and coordinate all MEP activities across multiple projects.
• Review and approve project designs, shop drawings, and material submittals.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor compliance with local authority regulations and HSE standards.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and client updates.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of UAE experience in MEP contracting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale projects from initiation to handover.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and regulations (DEWA, ADDC, DM, DCD, etc.).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
