Mechanical Engineer – Projects

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer – Projects to join our team and oversee the execution of mechanical works across various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection Systems, and specialized experience in Chiller Plant systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• UPDA Grade “C” Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical project execution within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, and Chiller Plant systems.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with local codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise mechanical works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical submittals.
• Ensure HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage, Fire Protection, and Chiller Plant systems are installed according to approved standards and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing material specifications and technical requirements.
