Responsibilities :

• Review and evaluate project design packages, including drawings, calculations, specifications, and related documentation.
• Assess and approve material submittals and shop drawings for Plumbing, Firefighting, and HVAC systems.
• Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring proper installation and commissioning of systems.
• Work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful project execution and adherence to timelines.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university.
• Proven experience of 5 to 7 years in Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systems.
• Have a good knowledge of related industry codes and standards (International, GCC & local).
• Experienced in reviewing projects’ design packages including drawings, calculations, specs, ..etc.
• Experienced in reviewing of material submittals and shop drawings of the above.
• Exposed to construction experience of coordination, installation and commissioning.
• Have a good experience in Revit/BIM.
• Have good communications and teamworking skills.
• Fluent in English writing and speaking.
