Role Description

The Tender Electrical Engineer is responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals for electrical engineering projects in response to tenders, RFPs (Request for Proposals), or RFQs (Request for Quotations). The role involves reviewing project specifications, coordinating with various internal departments, estimating costs, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 1-2 years of experience in tendering or estimating in the electrical contracting industry.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design and construction.

• Familiar with international standards (e.g., IEC, NEC, IEEE).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and electrical estimation software (e.g., Ecodial, ETAP, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
