Program Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Mechanical Engineering Graduate to join our team in the Eastern Province through the Tamheer (On-the-Job Training) program. This role is designed to provide fresh graduates with hands-on experience in a professional engineering environment, working on real-world projects under the mentorship of industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, material take-offs, and engineering specifications.
- Participate in site inspections, preventive maintenance planning, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and on schedule.
- Utilize engineering software to analyze data and provide technical solutions for mechanical issues.
Eligibility Criteria (Tamheer Requirements):
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
- Experience: Must be a fresh graduate with no prior registered work experience.
- Social Insurance: Must not have been registered in GOSI or Civil Service systems for the past 6 months.
- Location: Must be a resident of the Eastern Province.
- Employment Status: Must not be currently employed.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and thermodynamics.
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Good command of the English language (both written and verbal).
