Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office (MEP construction )

Asian Falcons Engineering Contracting LLC is looking for a Mechanical Engineer – Technical Office with strong experience in MEP construction projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of UAE experience in MEP Construction Projects.
• Strong experience in Technical Office operations within MEP contracting companies.
• Proficient in reviewing IFC drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience in preparation and review of material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical queries.
• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Experience in quantity take-off, BOQ review, and procurement support.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and site teams.
• Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and project standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and related engineering software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare and review shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants and project teams for approvals.
• Support procurement and project execution teams with technical requirements.
• Prepare RFIs, material submittals, method statements, and project documentation.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in project planning and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements.

Preferred:

• UAE Experience in MEP Contracting.
• Immediate Joiners.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
