Mechanical Engineering Technician – Job Description

A Mechanical Engineering Technician supports mechanical engineers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment. They work in industries such as manufacturing, construction, automotive, aerospace, energy, and industrial production.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in designing mechanical components and systems
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models
• Conduct tests on machinery, tools, and mechanical devices
• Collect and analyze performance data
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and recommend solutions
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Prepare technical reports and documentation

Education & Qualifications
