Key Responsibilities

3D Design & Modeling

• Create accurate 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks
• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing drawings
• Design mechanical components ensuring proper tolerances
• Optimize designs for manufacturability and cost efficiency

Product Development & Improvement

• Develop prototypes and improve existing products
• Collaborate with production and fabrication teams
• Modify designs based on testing and performance feedback

Technical Documentation

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Maintain organized design records and revisions
• Create technical documentation for production use

Engineering Analysis

• Perform basic stress/load calculations
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 years of hands-on experience in SolidWorks
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles
• Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred (Plus Points)

• Experience in sheet metal and fabrication design
• CNC machining drawing experience
• Basic FEA knowledge
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
