Mechanical Estimation & Procurement Engineer

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (UAE Attested).
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
• Exposure to luxury villas, hotels, commercial or fast-track projects preferred
• Review tender drawings, BOQs, and project specifications
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using AutoCAD and estimation tools
• Prepare cost sheets, vendor RFQs, and technical/commercial proposals
• Analyse specification compliance, value engineering options, and material submittals
• Support proposal documentation and tender submissions
• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery terms
• Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets
• Coordinate material delivery based on project timelines
• Ensure compliance with project budgets and technical specifications
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, pumps, valves, FCUs, etc.
• Familiarity with UAE authorities: ADM, ADDC, DEWA, etc.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
• Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills· Ability to multitask across tenders and ongoing project support

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
