Mechanical Facilities Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspecting service systems such as: (Electrical systems, HVAC, Plumbing)Practical experience in Facility & Property Management, specifically in the operation and maintenance of government buildings.

Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.

Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and provide technical recommendations.

Professional certifications in Safety, Energy Systems, or Water Systems are preferred.
