Mechanical Fitter

Crystal Synthetics is seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and safe operations across our industrial facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install machinery and equipment as per technical drawings and specifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance and scheduled inspections to ensure operational efficiency.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Fabricate components as required, using tools such as lathes and grinders.
• Test and align equipment after assembly or repair to ensure proper performance.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documents to guide work.
• Follow all relevant safety protocols and industry compliance standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-3 years Proven experience in a mechanical fitting or similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including lathes, grinders, and other fitting equipment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail and precision in fitting and alignment.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and industrial machinery.
• Trade certification or relevant mechanical qualification preferred.
