Are you an experienced Fitter-Mechanic with hands-on expertise in paper manufacturing machinery? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our maintenance team at our state-of-the-art paper mill in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on mechanical equipment and production machinery.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with other mechanics and operators for machine setup, adjustments, and breakdown management.
• Replace worn or defective parts and ensure all machines operate within standard performance expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical fitter or maintenance role within the paper manufacturing industry.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Maintenance.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
