Mechanical Foreman - Contracting

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreman with 5 to 10 years of construction site experience to supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works. The candidate will ensure quality execution, proper manpower management, and timely completion of mechanical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mechanical works at site
• Execute installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems
• Manage and control technicians and workers on site
• Read and follow mechanical drawings and approved shop drawings
• Ensure works are executed as per project specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineers, QC, safety officers, and other trades
• Identify and resolve mechanical site issues
• Ensure compliance with HSE rules and site safety requirements
• Maintain daily work progress and manpower reports
• Support inspections, testing, and commissioning activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade
• Minimum 5 to 10 years experience as a Mechanical Foreman
• Strong hands-on experience in HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting works
• Experience in UAE construction projects preferred
• Ability to manage manpower efficiently
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to meet project timelines
• Immediate joiners preferred
