Carpentry Foreman

*Job Description:*

We are seeking an experienced *Joinery Foreman* to lead our workshop team and oversee high-quality projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to design specifications.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and mentor joiners, carpenters, and workshop staff to achieve project goals.

- Manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications to guide production.

- Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and conduct performance evaluations.

- Inspect materials, machinery, and finished products for quality control.

- Collaborate with clients, designers, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure alignment.

- Maintain records of labor, materials, and project progress.

*Qualifications:*

- 5+ years of experience in joinery/cabinetry, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.

- Expertise in joinery methods (e.g., machining, assembly, finishing) and materials (wood, composites).

- Proficiency with hand/power tools, and workshop equipment.

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and safety.

- Ability to read blueprints and use project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
