Job Title: Joinery Foreman cum Factory Supervisor – Interior, Fit-Out & Joinery

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman cum Factory Supervisor with strong knowledge in interior fit-out, Furniture. Doors and All Joinery works. The ideal candidate will oversee factory operations, supervise carpentry teams, ensure production quality, and manage materials and workflow efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimate and purchase tools, materials, equipment, and supplies required for production.
• Prepare, schedule, and supervise work layouts for joinery maintenance, fabrication, and finishing.
• Maintain accurate records of carpenters’ working hours and materials used for each project.
• Prepare cutting lists and ensure correct material selection as per design and project requirements.
• Oversee joinery and carpentry works, ensuring high-quality finishing and workmanship.
• Operate and supervise the use of woodworking machinery, tools, and equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings, and cutting lists accurately.
• Plan workloads and production timelines to ensure on-time delivery and project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams to meet project standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the factory.

Candidate Requirements (Must Have):

• Strong experience in joinery, carpentry, interior fit-out, and factory supervision.
• Ability to read and understand detailed drawings, cutting lists, and specifications.
• Hands-on knowledge of joinery machines, tools, and production techniques.
• Experience managing carpentry teams and overseeing factory workflows.
• Knowledge of materials used in joinery and fit-out works (wood, veneers, laminates, hardware, etc.).
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality joinery output within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
