Experience: Minimum 5 years in Dubai
Availability: Immediate

We are an established interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a Joinery Foreman to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works, able to manage day-to-day production operations, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in line with project specifications under the guidance of the Production Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of joiners and carpenters
• Plan, schedule, and ensure timely completion of joinery projects
• Maintain high-quality standards and adherence to specifications
• Have to know cutting list
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Enforce safety policies and promote safe working practices
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders
• Facilitate coordination among trades and departments

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Joinery Foreman or similar role
• Strong woodworking knowledge and techniques
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and MUST KNOW HOW TO MAKE CUTTING LIST
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in joinery tools and equipment
