Carpenter Supervisor – Exhibition Booth

Job Description:
Maxplus is looking for an experienced Carpenter Supervisor with strong knowledge of exhibition booth fabrication and joinery production. The ideal candidate must be able to lead a carpentry team, manage workshop activities, and ensure high-quality output.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in exhibition booth fabrication / carpentry / joinery
• Strong supervisory and team-management skills
• Ability to read 3D drawings and AutoCAD technical drawings
• In-depth knowledge of materials such as MDF, wood, metal, acrylic, etc.
• Hands-on experience in cutting, assembling, and finishing works
• Ability to manage workshop schedules and meet tight deadlines
• UAE experience preferred
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise carpenters and fabricators in the workshop
• Assign daily tasks and maintain proper workflow
• Check technical drawings and guide team for accurate fabrication
• Ensure quality control and finishing standards
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and production head
• Manage materials, tools, and workshop safety
• Support on-site installation and dismantling when required
