Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems for high-rise building projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to HVAC works.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years UAE experience is mandatory.
• High-rise building project experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, load calculations, and ducting/piping design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, HVAC design software, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
