Mechanical Inspector

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled mechanical inspectors with 6 to 8 years experience preferably wit consultant to join our Building Consultancy team. This position requires Diploma in mechanical engineering, site supervision skills to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision.

· Expertise in supervision and implementation of mechanical systems for high-rise buildings and large-scale projects, covering HVAC/fire fighting/plumbing/drainage etc.

Regulatory Compliance & Standards:

· Ensure all mechanical designs and installations adhere to DEWA, SIRA, DCD, DM, TRAKHEES, and other relevant regulatory authorities' standards.

· Stay updated on local and international codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

· Ensure all installed systems align with sustainability goals and energy efficiency standards.

· Work closely with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
