VX Studio Consultancy is a multidisciplinary design and engineering firm specializing in delivering high-quality, innovative, and sustainable solutions across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. We are seeking a Mechanical Inspector with a strong consultancy background and proven experience in high-rise building projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and monitor all mechanical works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
• Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients on-site to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare inspection reports and non-conformance reports (NCRs) where applicable.
• Ensure all mechanical installations (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) are executed as per project requirements.
• Attend progress meetings and provide technical input on mechanical systems.
• Support the project team in quality assurance and control processes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a consultancy firm.
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with local authority regulations and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, etc.).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
