Mechanical Inspector

HCO works on a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, retail, and healthcare.

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our team for a project in Khobar . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inspecting mechanical systems for construction projects, with solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and compliance with Saudi codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

• Conduct detailed inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and structural steel, to ensure compliance with project requirements, codes, and industry standards.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to verify proper design, installation, and testing of mechanical systems.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Document inspection findings with detailed reports, including photographs, measurements, and supporting diagrams.
• Prepare comprehensive inspection reports outlining observations, recommendations, and required remedial actions in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections and field observations to monitor the progress of mechanical installation activities and identify potential issues.
• Witness and document testing procedures such as pressure tests, leak tests, and system performance tests to ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth execution of mechanical works.
• Monitor progress of mechanical installations and provide feedback for improvements or necessary adjustments.
• Conduct periodic inspections to ensure ongoing compliance and identify maintenance or repair requirements.
• Assist in preparing punch lists and verify completion of mechanical installation works.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on inspection status and related concerns.
• Provide technical guidance to construction teams on mechanical systems, installation methods, materials, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and promote safe working practices on-site.
• Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and advancements in mechanical construction.
