Conin International Consultants is seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanical Inspector to join our team for projects located in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.

Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect mechanical works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
• Monitor installation activities related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical systems.
• Review material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Conduct inspections and prepare inspection reports and site observations.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams regarding mechanical works.
• Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations and safety standards.
• Assist in resolving technical and quality-related issues at site.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Inspector in the construction industry.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of mechanical systems, QA/QC procedures, and inspection standards.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site inspections effectively.
