Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Site Inspector with 6+ years of experience in MEP construction projects. The role involves inspecting and supervising mechanical works to ensure compliance with approved specifications, project quality standards, and authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect installation of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
• Monitor quality of mechanical installations and material usage
• Witness pressure testing, flushing, balancing, and system commissioning
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports
• Identify defects, snags, and non-conformities and monitor corrective actions
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams
• Verify work progress, quantities, and compliance with quality standards
• Attend technical and progress meetings
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense requirements
• Maintain adherence to health & safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in MEP site inspection or supervision
• Strong background in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
• Good understanding of UAE/Gulf mechanical standards and authority regulations
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and MEP drawings
• Experience in testing & commissioning activities
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and inspection reporting tools
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Profile

• Currently working as Mechanical Site Inspector, QAQC Inspector, or MEP Supervisor
• Experience with contractors or consultants
• Exposure to high-rise buildings, infrastructure, or large-scale projects
• Based in UAE/GCC or willing to relocate

• Salary: AED 10,000
• Contract Duration: 3 Months, extendable
