Position Overview:

Position Overview:

The JOB PERFROMER - Mechanical Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and supervising mechanical works in ADNOC-approved projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and project specifications. The role requires verified certifications and ADNOC approvals to operate on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, inspect, and execute mechanical construction, installation, and maintenance activities (piping, HVAC, rotating equipment, machinery, etc.).
  • Ensure all work complies with project drawings, technical specifications, and ADNOC standards.
  • Coordinate with civil, electrical, and instrumentation teams to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, monitor quality, and maintain documentation of progress and materials.
  • Ensure implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) procedures in all mechanical operations.
  • Prepare mechanical reports, material requests, and technical documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and ADNOC representatives for approvals and inspections.
  • Verify that all team members possess valid certifications and site permits before work commencement.

Qualifications & Certifications (Mandatory):

  • Educational Certificates and Attested Degree:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (attested and verified).

  • Valid WMS Certificate (Mandatory):

Work Management System certificate approved by ADNOC.

  • ADNOC Approval:

ADNOC-approved Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor (must hold valid ADNOC competency card).

  • Other Certifications:

Mechanical safety, HSE, specialized mechanical training certificates.

  • Experience Letters:

Proof of prior mechanical construction or maintenance experience, preferably in ADNOC or oil & gas projects.

  • Passport Copy & Recent Photo:

Valid passport copy and a recent passport-size photograph.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in mechanical construction, installation, or maintenance, preferably in oil & gas or infrastructure projects.
  • Prior ADNOC project experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering standards, QA/QC, and site procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in mechanical systems, equipment, and installation techniques.
  • Strong ability to supervise teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Familiarity with ADNOC safety and operational standards.
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues on site efficiently.
