Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment reliability — helping us maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment — e.g., motors, pumps, conveyors, machines. HRBlade+2HRBlade+2
• Diagnose mechanical faults and malfunctions; troubleshoot and repair as required. Qureos+1
• Use hand tools and power tools safely to replace or repair faulty components. HRBlade+1
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs / records. HRBlade+1
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols during all maintenance activities. HRBlade+1
• Work collaboratively with production / operations teams to coordinate maintenance without disrupting workflow. HRBlade+1

Qualifications & Skills (Required)

• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical diploma / certificate / vocational training in mechanical/industrial maintenance or related is a plus. HRBlade+2HRBlade+2
• At least 1 year (or more) of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance or related role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read/interpret technical manuals or drawings / schematics. HRBlade+2Qureos+2
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely. HRBlade+1
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. HRBlade+1
• Physical ability to handle and move mechanical parts / equipment as needed. HRBlade+1

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,761.18 - ₹18,828.92 per month
