Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

-Follow Preventive Maintenace Schedule
-Response to emergencies on shopfloor
-EOT crane knowledge is madatory
-Responsible for sourcing any engineering equipments, spares etc.

-Zero breakdown incidents
-Ensure all spares, tools are easily located
-Adopt 5s and houskeeping on the shopfloor
-Co-ordination with external vendors
-Co -ordinate with production and planning team to executive preventive maintenace shcedule.
-Requsitions of all the required spares to be given on time
-Train operators, helper and improve skill matrix
-Ensure timely calibration of instruments
-Inspection of all incoming spares ,machinery
-Supervise external service provider
-Maintain all the records pertaining to manuals , specifications,machine History
-Prepare meeting reports

Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 4,50,000 P.A. Best in Industry
