Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineer to manage the maintenance of our chemical manufacturing plant. The role involves handling breakdowns, preventive maintenance, material indenting, and day-to-day updates, ensuring smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

➢ Plant Record Maintenance: Keep accurate maintenance logs and ensure compliance with standards.

➢ Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance: Quickly address equipment failures and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

➢ Material Indenting: Identify and requisition necessary materials and parts.

➢ Utility & Equipment Maintenance: Maintain utilities (chilling ice plant, cooling towers, evaporators, spray dryers, boilers) and critical equipment (gearboxes, motors, pipelines, pumps, filter presses).

➢ Safety Compliance: Manage risks associated with hazardous chemicals and ensure safety protocols are followed.

➢ Preparation and update of documentation related to QMS, Health, Safety & Environment management system.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Experience in plant maintenance, preferably in the chemical industry. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
