Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Pharma)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of production and utility equipment in compliance with GMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, breakdown, and predictive maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as:
• Granulators, Blenders, Compression Machines, Coating Machines
• Capsule Filling Machines
• HVAC systems
• Utility systems (Boilers, Chillers, Air Compressors)
• Ensure equipment availability with minimal downtime.
• Maintain maintenance logs, calibration records, and documentation as per GMP guidelines.
• Coordinate with production and QA teams for smooth operations.
• Handle spare parts management and vendor coordination.
• Support qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for equipment.
• Follow safety standards and compliance procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Pharma production equipment maintenance.
• Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and documentation practices.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC & utility maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
