We are hiring for Sr.Engineer - Technical for a Tyre Manufacturing Industry

Division : Tyre Mould Maintenance

Salary : Upto 4.8 Lakhs per annum

Location - Chennai Maraimalai Nagar

Experience : 5 - 10 years

Special Skills : Autocadd Solid works

Qualification : B.E ( Mech) / Diploma ( Mech)

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

# Confirmation Order for Planning / Production preparation

# Preparation of 2D & 3D Drawings IN AUTO CADD.

# Drawing approval from Engineering Head

# To get order matrices / Mould within period

# PDI at Supplier end before dispatch

# Inspect daily basis matrix / Mould condition

# Coating / Sand blasting arranged for dull finish matrices and Mould

# New Mould AND Matrix Development as per the requirements

# IS & 2S maintained in tool room

# Responsible for damaged tool / Mould repair

# Any compound leaks in Mould Problems correction work in Mould by Blue Matching and other activities

# Coordinate with PPC department in absence of PPC person
