Mechanical Manager – Refinery / Oil & Gas EPC Engineering

Job Description

We are hiring a Mechanical Manager with 10–12+ years of experience in Refinery / Hydrocarbon EPC projects, responsible for managing mechanical engineering activities including equipment design, vendor coordination, and inter-disciplinary integration.

The role involves leadership of mechanical design teams and ensuring technical excellence across all project phases.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical engineering design for refinery EPC projects.
• Review and approve mechanical datasheets, specifications, calculations, and drawings.
• Engineering of:
• Static equipment (pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers)
• Rotary equipment (pumps, compressors, blowers)
• Packages and skid systems
• Coordinate with process, piping, civil, electrical & instrumentation teams.
• Vendor document review and technical bid evaluation (TBE).
• Interface with clients, licensors, PMC, and resolve engineering queries.
• Support FEED, Basic & Detailed Engineering phases.
• Guide engineers/designers and ensure compliance with ASME, API, ASTM codes.
• Support construction, commissioning, and site engineering queries.

Experience & Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 10–12+ years experience in refinery / oil & gas EPC projects
• Strong knowledge of refinery equipment & EPC workflow
• Team leadership & client interaction experience mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
