So, what responsibilities does the Mechanical Operations Leader

  • Ensure operational continuity by tracking the maintenance and repair processes of rental fleet vehicles,
  • Manage and coordinate repair operations in close collaboration with services,
  • Inform offices and customers about cost-saving practices related to maintenance and repairs,
  • Prepare financial and operational reports to support strategic decision-making,
  • Lead training and integration processes with services to improve the usage rates of after-sales systems,
  • Establish strong cooperation with suppliers and distributors to enhance process and cost efficiency,
  • Conduct service/customer/distributor visits to evaluate operations on-site,
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction.


What are the Required Qualifications?


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering,
  • Results-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills,
  • Possesses an innovative mindset,
  • Preferably has at least 10 years of experience in the automotive sector and a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role,
  • Experienced in system development and project management,
  • Analytical thinking, system-building capabilities, and a commercial perspective,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Holds a valid driver's license and is an active driver,
  • Proficient in English.
